In early 2024, while finishing a biology degree, I took over TikTok Shop for a friend's brand, Vasu Ayurveda. It was the first brand I had ever helped scale. I had no framework, no playbook, and no agency background. By year-end, Vasu crossed $1.77M in GMV and hit Top 20 in Nutrition & Wellness. No prior TikTok Shop presence. No paid seeding budget at launch.
